Digital Printer

The Digital Fabric Print Operator is responsible for all aspects of operating the large format dye-sub Fabric printing equipment to Imagine! Express’ production and quality standards, within budget and on time.

SHIFT:  6am – 6pm, rotating

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operates all Equipment.
  • Understands and follows work order direction. Questions to the point of clarity, as necessary.
  • Produces product to spec, within budget, and in expected timeframe.
  • Operates equipment in accordance with manufacturers and Imagine! Express’ standards on various fabrics, within quality expectations, in a safe manner.
  • Accounts for material consumed on job by job basis
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance functions to insure optimal printing conditions.
  • Monitors output quality throughout whole course of a run.
  • Maintains a clean work area.
  • Follows all safety protocols.
  • Assists other print operators in material handling as necessary.
  • Deals with customers and clients in a professional and polite manner as needed.
  • Works overtime when needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to bend, lift and squat while loading heavy rolls of materials on and off press
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Environment is moderately noisy
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. constantly and up to100 lbs. frequently

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Mac and Windows Operating Systems
  • Must possess high mechanical aptitude
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to follow and document procedures
  • Ability to read and understand oral/written instructions and set up printers to carry out the jobs
  • Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Thorough knowledge of fabric dye-sub print operations and functions
  • Problem-solving ability on printer operations
  • Reliability through attendance, punctuality and attention to work station
  • Demonstrate positive safety attitude
Billing Clerk

The Billing Clerk will assist in invoicing, accounts receivable and general accounting and administrative duties.

SHIFT:  Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Invoices work orders to customers per the direction of the Sales Rep, CSR, and the estimate and adds all shipping charges as appropriate.
  • Reviews and approves new customers for credit including conducting reference checks to determine credit limit and notifies customer of approval status.
  • Contacts customers regarding overdue accounts.
  • Routes all invoice discrepancies to the appropriate individual and follows up on discrepancies with the customer.
  • Handles inquiries from customers, CSR’s and Sales Execs regarding A/R account balances.
  • Generates Customer A/R statements for mailing on a monthly basis.
  • Assists in the month-end financial closing and reports monthly on the status of all collections.
  • Provides backup receptionist and admin support as needed.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years previous billing and/or related accounting experience preferred
  • Basic math skills required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
