The Driver will ensure accurate and timely delivery and pick up of materials to and from clients and vendors.  SHIFT:  Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm


  • Deliver and pick up materials to and from clients and vendors.
  • Assist in the coordination of timely and accurate shipping documents and functions.
  • Prepares all skids and cartons for scheduled shipment including labeling, skid or carton preparation, shipment record keeping, and transfer to carrier.
  • Keeps the Dispatcher or Shipping Manager informed of status and progress of work and of unusual problems.
  • Checks the accuracy of all shipping documents. Gathers and maintains all data and records relative to local deliveries and pick ups.
  • Helps maintain shipping directories and guides.
  • Ensures shipping counts match packing documents. Ensures proper labels and tickets have been applied before shipping.
  • Assists in resolving any discrepancies.
  • Reports any problems, potential problems, hazardous situations that may exist or any other pertinent information that may help the department improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintains good security habits at dock doors.
  • Assists in loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
  • Operates forklift and truck as needed.


  • Minimum Class B license with Airbrakes endorsement required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability are necessary.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous knowledge of shipping operations.
  • Ability to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of simple computer operations.
  • Demonstrate positive safety attitude.
  • Frequent reaching, bending and stooping.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The Stitcher/Sewer will complete all stitching/sewing and hand-finishing processes for the completion of fabric jobs.


  • Tape, sew, stitch and finish fabric jobs.
  • Work with production to minimize defective material.
  • Assure that all work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly.
  • Follows all safety protocols.
  • Works overtime as needed.
  • Performs other duties as requested.


  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in the sewing industry.
  • Experience on industrial sewing machines required.
  • Experience in the printing industry is preferred.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic measuring skills in both Standard and Metric units.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Frequent reaching, bending and sitting.
  • Ability to use foot or knee controls of industrial sewing machines
  • Manual dexterity.
Prepress Operator

The Prepress Operator works with Customer files by preflighting, checking for proper setup, checking/proofing for color and sets the resulting jobs up for the Printing and Finishing Departments.  SHIFT:  Monday – Friday, 2:30 – 11:00pm


  • Examine client’s Wide Format and Digital electronic files to determine potential. When problems are found, instruct the Sales Rep or CSR to contact client and inform them of the problem.
  • Check Customer’s files for: size, bleeds, blends and color breaks. These should match the Digi work order that is written up by the CSR:

– Fonts:  Verify if they are there; are they styled or not

– Photos:  Check for resolution, color, bleed, drop shadows, composites and paths

– Art:  Check for color breaks and blends

  • Examine the files with use of Adobe Creative Suite and Creative Cloud I-Cut Preflight but also digitally pulls the client files apart to determine any additional problems.
  • Run all client documents on lasers to compare the clients supplied lasers.
  • Responsible for correct color matching by testing for output and color.
  • Manage e-mail and FTP site (clients post files on these sites for Preflight to pick-up for jobs coming into Imagine!,which are examined by the department).
  • Tracks chargeable time to each job inside the order entry system with a minimum of overtime.
  • Respond to questions from employees and customers.
  • Performs other duties as requested.
  • Work overtime when needed.


  • Vocational/technical school or college degree in electronic prepress and/or equivalent experience.
  • Sheet Fed Offset experience required
  • Minimum of two years employment experience in an electronic pre-press environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and demonstrated skills in all production processes related to electronic pre-press activities, including software, hardware, equipment, and materials.
  • Esko Automation Suite and Metrix software knowledge a plus
  • Ability to read planning layouts and produce imposed files.
  • Ability to work on complex jobs in a fast paced, quality focused environment.
  • Ability to use problem-solving skills in producing jobs effectively.
  • Sitting for prolonged periods with intermittent walking
  • Ability to visually inspect all work for defects.
  • Manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks.

The Receptionist will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and present a professional and friendly image of Imagine! Express in-person and over the phone.


  • Answers incoming phone calls – direct calls, answers questions and refers inquires as needed
  • Greets visitors and ensures that the party they are meeting with is notified of their guest’s arrival or directs to the correct destination
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
  • Monitors and maintains office equipment
  • Invoicing responsibilities including entering the pricing and detail for each invoice per the direction of the Sales Executive
  • Maintains customer files
  • Filing
  • Other duties as requested

SKILL and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a professional office environment
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be articulate, professional and detail-oriented
  • Excellent organization, planning, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions
  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time.
  • Computer skills to include regular usage of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
