Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for taking in incoming jobs from the sales staff and becomes the key person processing these jobs. This person will organize and review each job thoroughly and carefully, compare the job to the corresponding estimate, prepare the project for the production provide in-house support for the sales force whenever a customer has a question or requires information, and should maintain open lines of communication between customers, sales, and the plant on all jobs-in-progress.


  • Receive job from Sales Rep, Lead, or customer. Compare with estimate and discuss any differences.
  • Tracks job through production and communicate any problems and changes to plant personnel, Sales Reps and customers.
  • Keeps accurate records on all jobs and customer contacts, so both company and customer are protected should questions arise later.
  • Verify orders for compatibility, suitability, and prevention of potential manufacturing issues.
  • Ensure client priorities are met by proactively managing orders and providing accurate and timely follow up on all client requests.
  • Actively support the customer service team in advancing the quality and service capabilities of the department.


  • 2+ years of experience working in print production environments, specializing in print & kitting/fulfillment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Detailed track record of successful supplier management, negotiation, and procurement of complex print/kitting projects.


  • Well organized.
  • Ability to work with little to no direction or supervision, and to be a collaborative team player.
  • Meticulous in day to day activities.
  • Ability to clearly verbalize complications and potential resolutions or escalations.

Folder Operator

The Folder Operator performs manual and machine operator tasks related to folder operations.

SHIFT:  Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm


  • Sets up and adjusts feeder, folding plates and delivery.
  • Sets up folder for special processes (perforating, scoring, slitting/trimming, gluing, softening, etc.)
  • Instructs others in technical and mechanical operations of equipment.
  • Loads and maintains supply of sheets/signatures.
  • Completes production records (time sheets, job jackets, etc.).
  • Does routine preventative maintenance.
  • Cleans up and keeps work area neat and orderly.
  • Performs other duties as requested.
  • Works overtime as requested.


  • At least 1 year experience on the same or functionally similar equipment.
  • Knowledge of the operation and function of the bindery equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions including those dealing with dimensions and quantity.
  • Ability to apply written instructions to machine set-up.
  • Strong knowledge of folder operation and set up practices.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions.
  • Demonstrate positive safety attitude.
  • Must be able to cooperate with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Reliability through attendance, punctuality and attention to work station.
Kitting Line Lead

The Line Lead is responsible for a kitting job from beginning to end.  This involves leading and instructing General Worker’s and Temporary employees in running and completing the job accurately and on time.  In addition, completing any necessary paperwork related to the jobs.

SHIFT:  Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am

  • Direct employees to finish kit while also reporting to Supervisor for next kitting assignment. This includes delegating duties to other employees on the line to ensure that the next kit is ready to run.
  • Assign tasks to General Workers to help keep Line flowing, as well as help them advance.
  • Make necessary adjustments during kitting process to keep lines moving as efficiently as possible without jeopardizing quality.
  • Ensure accuracy and proficiency on their kitting line.
  • Report to Supervisor if issues occur regarding temps or other employees.
  • Respect and cooperate with individuals and assist others in reaching objectives.
  • Follow all safety rules/regulations, company procedures and policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
  • Continually strive to learn and improve all processes.
  • Instruct, coach and support personnel in performance of their job descriptions while running small kits.

Skills AND Knowledge:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of lead experience in production line environments.
  • Basic mathematics skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions.
  • Reliability though attendance, punctuality and attention to work station.
  • Strong problem solving, decision-making and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to provide work direction to and train employees.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to work well with both line employees and management.

Sewing Lead (2nd Shift)

The Stitcher/Sewer Lead provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to 2nd shift sewing department.

SHIFT:  Monday – Friday, 2:30 – 11:00pm


  • Ensures daily work assignments are completed including jobs getting out the door on time and cleanliness of the department.
  • Ensures completed jobs meet company quality standards
  • Assists with work tickets, answers questions and provides direction where needed
  • Assists with training
  • Work with production to minimize defective material.
  • Tape, sew, stitch and finish fabric jobs.
  • Follows all safety protocols.
  • Works overtime as needed.
  • Performs other duties as requested.


  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in the sewing industry.
  • Experience in the printing industry is preferred.
  • Experience on industrial sewing machines required.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic measuring skills in both Standard and Metric units.
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to perform with little supervision.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, standing, and sitting.
  • Ability to use foot or knee controls of industrial sewing machines
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
Digital Printer (iGen150)

The Digital Print Operator is responsible for all aspects of operating large format digital printing equipment to Imagine! Express’ production and quality standards, within budget and on time. Daily activity will include material handling and finishing as assigned.

SHIFT:  Monday – Friday, 2:30 – 11:00pm


  • Operates digital presses including Digital Press iGen150.
  • Understands and follows work order direction. Questions to the point of clarity, as necessary.
  • Produces product to spec, within budget, and in expected timeframe.
  • Operates equipment in accordance with manufacturer and Imagine! Express’ standards on various substrates, within quality expectations, in a safe manner.
  • Accounts for material consumed on job by job basis
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance functions to insure optimal printing conditions.
  • Monitors output quality throughout whole course of a run.
  • Maintains a clean work area.
  • Follows all safety protocols.
  • Assists other print operators in material handling as necessary.
  • Deals with customers and clients in a professional and polite manner as needed.
  • 5S – Lean – Continuous Improvement
  • Willingness to work in other departments as needed – cross train
  • Works overtime when needed.
  • Performs other tasks as required.


  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Mac and Windows Operating Systems

Laser Table Operator

The Laser Table Operator completes all specialized laser cutting tasks using 126” auto-advancing MCT Laser Table.

SHIFT:  Monday – Friday, 2:00 – 10:30pm


  • Ability to read and understand work order.
  • Operate MCT Laser Table, use hot knife when needed
  • Must have full understanding of Cut Pilot 5.0 machine software
  • Awareness of all different types of media and fabrics trimmed on table
  • Maintain a high level of quality per specifications.
  • Report any problems and/or discrepancies of products to Dye Sub Manager.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly.
  • Work overtime when needed.
  • Performs other tasks as requested.


  • High School diploma or equivalent/Technical or equivalent experience
